A sneak preview of photos from the upcoming book "Balance of Power" to be published by the University of Texas Press in early 2005.

"Balance of Power" will examine the past 100 years of the executive, judicial and legislative branches of the U.S. government. Kennerly has been photographing Washington's key players for the book since the beginning of the current Bush administration.
