Ebay

Kennerly helps eBay redefine “community” in the innovative new program, Community Counts! Ebay recently concluded its first ever census revealing that small towns do big-time business. Reaching 1 out of every 3 Americans, eBay redefines "community" without geographic boundaries.  To further explore eBay's influence on American towns, Pulitzer-prize winning photographer David Hume Kennerly will travel the country to document the site's most active communities. His photos, and a collection of corresponding essays, will be donated to the Center for American History at the University of Texas. Kennerly begins his journey in December.
