to Put Digital Cameras in Candidates’ Hands

David Hume Kennerly is the editor of "Candidate Camera", a new project providing a first-hand look inside California's gubernatorial campaigns.

Taking the concept of "embedded journalism" a step further, the first-of-its-kind Candidate Camera project puts a new Gateway T-50 five-megapixel digital camera directly in the hands of the candidates, who may submit one image per day for posting on candidatecamera.com. The site will provide a mounting day-by-day photo diary of a campaign unique in American history.
